Administrative Support CoordinatorExton, PA (Onsite) $21.00/hour Temp-to-Hire We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join a busy team in Exton, PA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, coordinating project documentation, and communicating with customers and internal teams. The position offers an opportunity to join a growing organization with the potential for long-term employment. Responsibilities Enter and maintain project data within the company's tracking system Perform data imports and update project records as needed Track project progress and ensure information is accurate and up to date Submit payment requests and coordinate with internal departments Communicate with customers and local municipalities via phone and email Compile project documentation and prepare packages for shipment Assist with general administrative and clerical duties Support the team with additional projects and tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous administrative, customer service, office support, or data entry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent
