Position Summary: The Document Management Specialist is responsible for accurately processing, organizing, scanning, and maintaining documents within an electronic document management system. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: Sort and organize incoming mail and documents. Review documents for accuracy and update systems with received information. Scan documents and prepare images for electronic indexing. Organize and prepare documents for shipping. Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems. Create, update, and manage reports. Ensure documents are properly organized and accessible. Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed. Follow established procedures and maintain accurate documentation. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required.1 year of related administrative, document processing, data entry, or office experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with large volumes of documents and data. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Comfortable working with computer systems and electronic document management tools. Basic ability to work with numbers, percentages, and reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
