About the role

Real Page seeks a Senior Director of Product Management to lead Leasing execution across multiple platforms. You will own end-to-end delivery, build and coach a PM team, and align roadmaps with GTM leadership to drive adoption and revenue. In this role you will champion AI-enabled workflows, ensure compliance with regulated housing standards, and partner with engineering, design, sales, and operations to ship scalable, data-driven leasing solutions.
