Retail Sales Representative (Territory: Camden/Gloucester Counties)Kramer Beverage is South Jersey's largest beer and alcoholic beverage wholesaler, owned and operated by four generations of the Kramer family since 1924. We service casinos, restaurants, bars, and liquor stores with top brands including local favorites. Kramer Beverage is looking for a dynamic individual who can secure and maintain priority brand/packages in assigned accounts. Take ownership of selling, distributing, marketing and merchandising in assigned accounts, while ensuring accounts meet Kramer Beverage's standards of Quality at Retail.
Duties:
Sell and provide high quality service to accounts assigned. Execute weekly account calls Attend periodic special events (Weekdays and Weekends)Execute monthly Retail Account Standards. Execute Quality Assurance Standards Develop trusting working relationships with suppliers to enhance Kramer Beverage's reputation as New Jersey's first choice wholesaler. Embody and promote the Kramer Fundamentals.
Compensation
Pay:
Base salary range of 30-40KMonthly Revenue Bonus; Monthly Retail Standard bonus; Monthly Incentives; car allowance Paid time off (holidays & vacation)Excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match and profit sharing
Qualifications:
College degree preferred, or 2 years field experience Customer Service and Sales experience Ability to work independently as well as will a team. Bilingual is a plus
