About the role
To support a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Associate will manage client projects, mentor junior staff, and produce a variety of communication materials while working remotely or in the New York office.
Key responsibilities
Develops and manages client projects, including strategies, implementation plans, and budgets
Creates and edits communication materials such as press releases, memos, and presentations with minimal revisions
Mentors junior team members and participates in hiring and career development initiatives
Required qualifications
4-6 years of experience in PR, health advocacy, or communications, with a focus on healthcare or pharmaceutical communications
Experience in pharmaceutical communications, particularly in oncology, is preferred
Strong research, writing, and editing skills
Proven project and budget management experience
Understanding of digital and social media strategies
