About the role

Own a Territory. Lead a Team. Drive Results. CITY Laundering is hiring a hands-on Route Supervisor to lead 57 Route Service Representatives and take full ownership of territory performance in our Pine City location. This is a field-based leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, customer relationships, and measurable results. You'll coach your team, strengthen key accounts, and drive profitability and growth across your routes.
What You'll Do: Lead, train, and develop your team Drive customer retention and service excellence Own territory profitability and account growth Oversee billing accuracy and collections Ensure safe, efficient route operations
