HR Business Partner – Workforce Integration (Onsite, USA) - Employee Engagement & Transition Management We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR professional to join our Workforce Integration team as an HR Business Partner. This onsite, mid‐level role is responsible for managing workforce transitions, employee integration, and client engagement across our U.S. operations. The position will be hybrid, requiring travel and regular presence at client locations.Candidates can be based in Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ; or Atlanta, GA. Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Lead and support workforce integration initiatives, including rebadging, onboarding, and employee transition programs. Serve as the primary HR liaison for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on workforce planning, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Partner with internal teams—including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, and Operations—to deliver integrated HR solutions.Manage employee engagement, relations, and communication to ensure a positive employee experience throughout transition processes. Develop high‐quality presentations, reports, and HR artifacts to effectively communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to internal and client leadership. Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations issues, and compliance with U.S. labor laws. Collaborate with business and client leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support workforce stability and organizational goals.Maintain accurate HR documentation, metrics, and reports to track the success of integration programs. Support change management and communication efforts to drive successful transitions. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and HR best practices.RequiredQualifications 6–9 years of progressive HR experience, with focus on workforce integration, employee transitions, or rebadging programs. Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations. Proven experience in client‐facing or onsite HR roles, preferably within a global or matrixed organization. Excellent skills in creating professional presentations, HR communications, and documentation artifacts for internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem‐solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‐paced environments. Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, or equivalent).PreferredExperienceHR experience within IT services, consulting, or outsourcing environments. Prior involvement in M&A integrations or global workforce migration initiatives. Demonstrated ability to influence cross‐functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
