Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Call Center Specialist. The Call Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries about products and orders, and provide information on pricing, availability, and shipping. Daily tasks include recording and updating customer information, documenting interactions accurately in call center systems, and following up on open issues to ensure resolution. The role involves troubleshooting basic order or delivery concerns, escalating complex issues when needed, and maintaining a professional, courteous tone in every interaction. The Call Center Specialist will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and operations to support smooth order processing and a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications:
Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and supporting a positive customer experience. Clear and professional Communication skills, including active listening and concise spoken and written communication. Experience working in Contact Centers or similar high-volume call environments, with comfort using call handling tools and scripts. Solid Computer Literacy, including the ability to navigate CRM systems, email, and common office software efficiently. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize calls, and stay organized in a remote work setting. Reliability in meeting schedules, attendance requirements, and performance goals in a full-time role. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or call center certifications are beneficial. Previous experience in customer-facing roles, especially in product-based or logistics environments, is an advantage.
