About the role
- Own product strategy and execution across wallets, virtual accounts, yield, cards, settlement, and credit
- Design fund flows across fiat and stablecoins, including custody, on-ramps, off-ramps, conversions, and cross-border payouts
- Define transaction states, balance availability, fees, reversals, and exception handling with engineering
- Build routing capabilities that account for price, liquidity, settlement timing, and partner availability
- Own the partner integration experience, including APIs, sandbox, documentation, and operational tools
- Develop the reconciled data platform and work with engineering to turn that data into useful Vedax capabilities
- Work directly with PSPs to translate customer needs into repeatable platform products
- Partner with risk and compliance to build controls into fund flows and product behavior
- Build and lead the product team as Flyra grows
- What you bring
- Significant product leadership experience in payments, banking infrastructure, or stablecoin and digital asset infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of fund flows, custody models, stablecoin settlement, fiat on-ramps, and off-ramps
- Direct experience shipping financial products through banks, custodians, processors, or payment networks
- Strong understanding of ledgers, reconciliation, liquidity, and available versus pending and settled balances
- Experience building API products and supporting enterprise integrations
- Ability to work through technical details with engineers and write precise, actionable requirements
- Commercial judgment about what to build, where to use partners, and how to get customers live
- Comfortable setting strategy while staying close to implementation
