Looking for Experienced Floor ManagerWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to join our team and help ensure smooth, professional service during conventions and special events.ResponsibilitiesOversee employees and ensure the team is performing efficiently and professionally.Monitor the floor throughout events and address any issues quickly.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and convention attendees.Oversee event operations and make sure service runs smoothly from start to finish.Coordinate with staff, event organizers, and other team members as needed.Ensure company standards for customer service, presentation, and professionalism are consistently maintained.Handle unexpected situations and provide solutions in a calm and professional manner.Support the team and lead by example during busy events.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Floor Manager, Event Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role.Strong communication and customer-service skills.Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.Professional, dependable, and organized.Comfortable working during conventions, large events, and busy service periods.Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.We are looking for someone who is a natural leader, enjoys working with people, and can ensure that every event runs smoothly and every customer has a positive experience.
