About the role

Ally Financial is offering the Accounting LEADership Development Program (ALDP) for recent graduates. You will rotate across three 12‐month assignments in accounting functions, gaining exposure to Ally's business, financial operations, and leadership development. The program is based in Detroit, Michigan, starting June 2028. As a full-time, on-site role in the Controller's organization, you will build hands-on experience, develop technical skills, and establish a strong professional network
