Legal Intake Specialist & Sales Development Representative Are you someone who lights up when helping people through a stressful moment — while also staying sharp, organized, and detail-driven behind the scenes? We're hiring on behalf of a well-established law firm for a Legal Intake Specialist & SDR who will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and a warm, professional presence in the office. This hybrid role blends client intake and lead development with front-desk responsibilities — you'll set the tone for every client relationship from the very first interaction, whether it's by phone, virtually, or in person.
What You'll Do: Client Intake &
SDR Duties:
Respond to new client inquiries with empathy and professionalism Pre-qualify leads, perform conflict checks, and schedule consultations Guide potential clients through the intake funnel and follow up with leads who haven't converted Prepare intake reports and maintain clear documentation in firm systems Educate prospective clients on services and set realistic expectations Assist with onboarding new clients after engagement Front Desk Duties (In-Office Days)Greet clients and guests warmly upon arrival Answer and route incoming calls professionally Maintain a polished, welcoming front office Receive deliveries, handle mail, and support general administrative needs Assist attorneys and staff with occasional clerical tasks What You'll Need to Succeed Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills Confident, personable with a strong sales background High-level organization and attention to detail Professional presence in both communication and appearance Comfort learning new systems and technology quickly Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently Genuine empathy and a desire to help clients navigate difficult legal matters
