Responsibilities: Facilitate the upload and download of digital assetsOversee on-prem and cloud storage repositoriesAssign appropriate taxonomy and metadata to assetsMaintain file naming conventions and Universal Folder structure protocolsEducate, train, and promote the use of the digital asset management systemSupport critical and time sensitive requestsPerform general administration duties as neededPerform other related duties as assignedEssential Qualifications:1 year experience with a Digital Asset Management System preferredMust be highly computer literate, displaying proficiency in MS OfficeKnowledge of digital A/V file formats (wav, Pro Tools, ProRes/Quicktime) General computer and network knowledge, database understanding a plusGeneral understanding of delivery systems (eg; Aspera Faspex, Aspera on Cloud), FTPHigh level of computer competency for MAC and Windows operating systemsMust be self-motivated, organized and self-managedMust be able to multitask in a high-volume environment, attention to detail, organization, and great follow-up skills essentialExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with associates at all levelsMust be able to respond to urgent requests in a positive and professional mannerHourly rate range: $27.50-$30.50
