Job Description: Job Description We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Welder to join our customer's team in Cowlitz County. The ideal candidate will have experience welding aluminum components, read blueprints, and producing quality welds while maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform MIG/TIG welding on aluminum materials and components. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications. Set up and operate welding equipment and tools. Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting components. Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Previous aluminum welding experience required. Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to use basic measuring tools and hand/power tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop environment. Pay$23 - $27 (DOE)

Vacation Pay: one week offered after 2,000 hours worked.
