About the role
- Tool Crib Attendant Level 1: Minimum of High School Diploma/GED and 0 year experience in a tool crib, maintenance/manufacturing environment, or inventory control role.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds, and be able to work standing up for extended periods of timeAbility to use/hold/manipulate small tools and parts with hands. Simple grasping, power grasping and fine manipulation is required.
- Ability to use vibrating tools and perform torqueing operations to include hand tools & power equipment and climb ladders or stairs.
- Must possess a valid state issued driver's license.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance per company and business needsMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a Special Program Access (PAR)per company and business needs

- Experience working in a tool crib and/or production related environment.
- Experience and comfortability with using forklifts.
- Knowledge of SAP, CribMaster and/or similar tool control software systems.
- Knowledge of calibrated tools and processes.
