About the role
To support the growth of the company, the full-time Inside Sales Rental Representative will initiate customer contact, promote sales through exceptional service, and manage leads remotely within the Great Plains region.
Key responsibilities
Initiate new customer leads through cold-calling and prospecting in underdeveloped territories
Follow up on quotes to convert them into orders and build trust with contacts for future opportunities
Maximize sales potential by utilizing competitive techniques and maintaining relationships with existing accounts
Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years B2B inside or outside sales experience required
CRM experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of rigging and related construction industries is strongly preferred
