About the role

Jobot is seeking a Director of Contracts in Springfield, NJ to lead contract administration, review terms, and ensure compliance across the organization. This on-site, permanent role reports to senior leadership and oversees a contracts staff to provide timely, compliant responses to major customers. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in contracts, strong negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS; familiarity with Exostar/Haystack Gold is a plus.
