Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, setting functional goals, and delivering manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as appropriate. The role involves close collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care across the continuum, including recommendations for home exercise programs and follow-up services. The Physical Therapist will document all patient encounters accurately, educate patients and families on self-management and injury prevention, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive clinical environment.
Qualifications: Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans. Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Patient Care, including patient education, communication, and advocacy. Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary Medicine environment to support integrated care. Ability to coordinate care and provide guidance related to Home Care needs, including home exercise programs and safety recommendations. Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain) in good standing. Strong documentation, time-management, and organizational skills, with proficiency in using electronic health records. Ability to work on-site full time in West Palm Beach, FL, and to support a diverse patient population with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
