HVACPosition Overview:
Mackenzie Stuart is currently partnered with a HVAC manufacturer in the U.S looking to hire a National Sales Director who will lead and transform sales through a multi-channel model involving manufacturers’ representatives, distributors, contractors, and other strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the national sales strategy. Manage and expand relationships with wholesale distributors. Recruit and develop new channel partners. Drive sales through distributors, contractors, engineers, and end users. Set sales targets, manage pipelines, and provide accurate forecasts. Support partners with product training, presentations, and customer meetings. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and operations teams. Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Travel nationally as required.
Qualifications:
8+ years of HVAC industry experience, including at least 3 years in a commercial sales leadership role. Proven experience selling through manufacturers’ representatives and distributors. Demonstrated success managing national or multi-state territories. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote position. Willingness to travel throughout the United States.
