The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across multiple departments while managing a variety of priorities.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the organizational point person for a busy team and is looking for the potential to transition into a long-term position.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Vice President of Technical Services and IT/Hosting departmentCoordinate meetings and schedules with multiple departmentsRelay messages and facilitate communication between the VP and internal teamsHandle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretionCoordinate business travel and prepare expense reports using ConcurAssist with maintaining IT department content on the company intranetMaintain and update internal district/customer informationAssist with planning and coordination for major company eventsProvide general administrative support to management and staffProvide backup phone coverage for reception as neededResearch, compile, organize, and present information as requestedPerform additional administrative duties and special projects as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of related administrative or office experienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredStrong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with Concur or similar travel/expense platforms is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyComfortable working with employees and leadership across multiple departmentsAbility to work independently and proactively support a remote executiveStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityProfessional phone and interpersonal communication skillsComfortable learning and working within multiple internal systemsThis position is being offered on a temp-to-hire basis, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
