The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end initiative delivery, change management, and process design, with a focus on establishing standards and methodologies to make HR more consistent, connected, and scalable. This role requires a structured yet adaptable leader with a proven track record in leading transformation efforts, particularly in complex organizations. The VP will partner with various HR and business stakeholders, assess the impact of initiatives, and ensure their integration into the broader HR environment. Strong change management, stakeholder influence, and a systems-thinking approach are essential, as is the ability to connect strategy to execution and drive practical, integrated outcomes. Applicants for the VP position should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and 10-12+ years' of relevant experience in HR transformation, consulting, or program delivery. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in change management, process design, and transformation delivery, as well as experience in HR functions such as HR operations, talent management, and HR technology. Preferred qualifications include experience in operating model design, digital transformation, and a familiarity with AI concepts and their application in business or HR. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator, an excellent communicator, and a proactive problem-solver with a keen interest in emerging technologies.
