About the role

To support the financial needs of US customers, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will provide strategic recommendations, optimize costs, and prevent cash gaps while collaborating closely with startup founders and top management. Key responsibilities Prepare managerial financial reports and develop financial systems in collaboration with the R&D team Establish and manage the budgeting process, ensuring effective communication with founders and CFOs Analyze financial statements and provide recommendations for optimizing costs and improving financial strategies Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in financial consulting within fast-growing companies Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with knowledge of GAAP and unit economics Experience in managerial roles, including team and project management Proficiency in English at a C1 level Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
