Job Description: Job DescriptionEnterprise Electrical Contractors is seeking an experienced and organized Electrical Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our electrical warehouse, tools, equipment, and jobsite logistics. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating job mobilizations and demobilizations, managing tools and equipment, and ensuring materials and resources are available to support our field operations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage electrical material, tool, and equipment inventory and tracking. Coordinate job mobilizations, deliveries, returns, and job cleanouts. Coordinate prefab material and equipment needs with Project Management and field operations. Receive, inspect, organize, and properly store materials and equipment. Manage tool and equipment check-in/check-out, tracking, repairs, and replacement. Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs for company tools and equipment. Operate and maintain forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and yard. Ensure required safety equipment, procedures, and OSHA requirements are maintained. Coordinate deliveries and pickups to jobsites as needed. Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, repairs, and maintenance. Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel to support project needs.
Qualifications: Previous experience in an electrical, commercial construction, or construction warehouse environment. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 training preferred. Current forklift certification and demonstrated experience operating forklifts. Lull/telehandler certification and experience preferred. Experience with material handling, loading/unloading, and jobsite deliveries. Familiarity with electrical tools, materials, equipment, and construction practices. Experience with tool and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs. Basic computer skills for inventory management, equipment tracking, and record keeping. Strong understanding of warehouse safety, OSHA requirements, and proper material storage. Ability to safely operate and coordinate maintenance of forklifts, Lulls, and other material-handling equipment. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and coordinate effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel.
