We are seeking a creative and innovative Integrated Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to create and develop brand presence in a fast‐paced, fun, and energetic environment. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities Include: End‐to‐end content ideation and creation to support cross‐channel initiatives for Hot 8 Yoga Content editing (image, video and graphics) Conceptualize, manage, and produce lifestyle and brand photo shoots; cast & curate internal and external talent for all content shoots Copywriting for assets across channels Support in the design and development of Hot 8 branded merchandise and apparel Work with marketing and sales managers to schedule and create mail marketing blasts, SMS and automations Travel to Hot 8 studios and off‐site locations for events and content creation needs when needed Maintain consistency in visuals, branding, and brand tone across campaigns Design, develop, and maintain all assets (digital, web, print, ad, OOH, in‐studio, window treatments, promotional, internal—training manuals, etc.) Support team in events, collaborations, new studio openings and other marketing initiatives as needed Foster strong relationships with influencers, creators, and teachers to develop content focused on the Hot 8 Community Work events and connect with key players to capture content and deliver event goals Other design projects and responsibilities as assigned Research and mood/concept development Digital asset organization Partner with internal marketing team and external agency to brainstorm and execute content Qualifications 3+ years of graphic design experience at an agency, brand, and/or retail. 3+ years of experience as a social content creator at an established consumer brand. A passion for yoga, fitness and wellness preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools, including Figma. Highly skilled in photography and videography; ability to personally shoot and edit content that meets the needs of social creative briefs. Deliver quick‐turn social content based on trends, events or user‐generated content through video, photography, or graphic design. Strong sense of design principles, current design trends, social media landscape, emerging content formats and best practices across platforms. Keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy, and composition. Knowledge of animations, original illustrations, product design, apparel graphic design a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to build credible, effective relationships with key stakeholders and cross‐functional teams across corporate and studio environments. Must have strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Benefits Health insurance.
