Primary Responsibilities: Provide companionship through reading, talking, listening, and related activities Perform errands, transport clients, when necessary, within State guidelines Report unusual incidents or changes in client's behavior or home situation to Agency Director Perform homemaking services such as cleaning, light meal preparation, laundry, and other light cleaning duties You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications: Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation State-Specific RequirementWI: Must have 40 hours training or 6 months of equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire 6+ months of experience in home care Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified clients' needs Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $14 to $20 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
