Position Overview: Regional Sales Representative We are looking for a driven sales professional with strong business development capabilities. You will proactively prospect, engage, and build long-term partnerships with clients through phone calls, emails, text messages, social media, online communication, field visits, industry events, trade shows, and other effective channels. This is a Remote / Field-Based sales position. The representative will be responsible for developing business within the assigned territory, conducting in-person customer visits, and building long-term relationships with automotive businesses. Regular local and regional travel is expected for customer visits and business development activities. Some additional travel may be required for trade shows, conventions, industry events, company meetings, and other business-related activities.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for sales and market expansion of PPF, Window Tint, and other automotive film products within designated regions. Proactively source and acquire new clients, including: Detailing Shops PPF Installers Window Tint Shops Car Wrap Shops Restyling Shops Dealerships & other automotive aftermarket clients Prospect leads through multiple channels: phone, email, text, social media, LinkedIn, industry platforms, field visits, networking, and trade shows. Conduct regular in-person visits with existing customers and prospective customers within the assigned territory. Maintain existing client relationships to drive repeat business and revenue growth. Pitch PPF and Window Tint product lines, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored product solutions. Manage full-cycle sales processes: follow up on quotes, samples, orders, payments, and after-sales inquiries. Identify new market opportunities to continuously grow regional client resources. Gather local market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to report back to management. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Warehouse, Training, Marketing) to ensure prompt client support. Achieve and exceed assigned regional sales targets and client acquisition metrics. Attend automotive trade shows, conventions, client events, industry events, and promotional activities as required. Travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings, sales presentations, networking, and business development activities. Some overnight or out-of-area travel may be required depending on business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the automotive film industry (PPF, Window Tint, Car Wrap, Automotive Aftermarket, or related sectors). Familiarity with the local auto detailing, restyling, or aftermarket industry; existing client networks are highly preferred. Strong outbound sales and business development skills—ability to self-source leads beyond company-provided prospects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities. Ability to work independently, managing personal sales pipelines and schedules efficiently. Proficient in client outreach via phone, email, messaging apps, and social media. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong comfort level working toward targets and performance metrics. Willingness and ability to perform regular local client visits and business travel as needed. Willingness to travel for trade shows, conventions, industry events, company meetings, and other business-related activities as required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local customer visits. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Proficiency with CRM systems or other sales management tools is a plus. Prior client relationships with local detailing shops, PPF installers, tint shops, or dealerships are a plus.
