Client Services Team Lead A fast-growing broker-dealer focused on delivering exceptional service, transparent practices, and long-term client value. As an online/mobile brokerage firm, we are seeking a Series 7 licensed Client Service Representative with 2–3 years of experience assisting brokerage clients.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Client Services experience in a brokerage environment
  • Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (CRD # required upon request)
  • Motivated, self-confident professional with a strong desire to learn
  • Strong communication, technical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, trade support, and account servicing
  • Process transactions (initially equities and ETFs; additional asset classes such as options and fixed income to follow)
  • Educate clients on platform features, investment tools, and product offerings
  • Collaborate with operations and technology teams to enhance the client experience
  • Participate in QA testing and feedback for the mobile trading application

Base Salary: $80-110k+, commensurate with experience. Additional Compensation: Annual performance-based bonus.
