Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HEREAs a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, inventory, and products throughout the distribution operation. Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, you will coordinate daily warehouse activities, support inventory accuracy, train team members, and maintain operational excellence while promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: Coordinate daily workflow activities across Product Transfer, Distribution, Receiving, Shipping, and Inventory Control. Assign, reassign, and monitor work duties for warehouse team members in partnership with the Warehouse Supervisor. Support warehouse operations by providing position coverage and leadership as needed. Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine material movement requirements. Fill requisitions and distribute materials to production and operational areas. Perform inventory counts and verify inventory accuracy to maintain company standards. Utilize RF scanners, warehouse systems, and Oracle to enter and maintain inventory records. Receive materials and process transactions within the Purchase Order system. Print pick lists, verify orders, and support shipping documentation processes. Conduct physical inventories, cycle count reconciliations, inventory adjustments, and discrepancy investigations. Perform WIP (Work in Progress) reconciliation and investigate inventory variances. Communicate inventory concerns, BOM discrepancies, and large inventory adjustments to leadership. Coordinate inbound and outbound trailer activity with shipping and other warehouse locations. Troubleshoot basic scanner and warehouse system issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement opportunities. Monitor aged inventory and coordinate donations, salvage sales, or inventory disposition activities. Maintain warehouse operations during supervisor absences and provide leadership coverage when required. Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, DOT, EPA, and company safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participate in mandatory overtime as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: (MUST HAVE)
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment. Experience using warehouse systems, RF scanners, or inventory management software. Ability to read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, and shipping documentation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lead workflow activities and support employee training. Basic troubleshooting skills for warehouse technology and equipment. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to perform physical job requirements including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, squatting, and operating material handling equipment. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE (NICE TO HAVE) Previous lead, coordinator, or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment. Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems. Inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation experience. Material handling equipment certification experience. Knowledge of warehouse distribution, receiving, shipping, and inventory processes. Experience participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as OSHA, FDA, DOT, and EPA standards. Experience training or mentoring warehouse team members. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
