As a Sales Training Manager on the team, you will work closely with our team of trainers to support, mentor, and encourage them to become a successful, motivational sales force for our company. You will also handle training new team members, tracking their performance and any disciplinary actions as needed. The ideal candidate has previous experience in both training and sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a background in leadership.
