Job Duties:
Build sales solutions that engage the customer and drive profitability Directly supervise, train, develop, and retain sales associates Celebrate and recognize successful moments daily Encourage friendly internal competition for associates to achieve sales goals Build a diverse pipeline of talent for future opportunities
Job Requirements:
