Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Fabricator to join a manufacturing team in Woodland, CA. This temp-to-hire position involves assisting with the fabrication and assembly of materials and components in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities may include measuring, cutting, assembling, and preparing materials according to work instructions; operating basic hand and power tools; inspecting finished products for quality; moving materials throughout the production area; and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Fabricator will also follow all safety procedures and production guidelines while working to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or production experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Basic measuring and math skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Dependable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
- Must follow all workplace safety proceduresnowhiring
