Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: One year customer service related experience
Skills: Proficient and accurate with keyboarding and data entry, organized, strong verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Collects, distributes, and/or processes verification forms, class rosters, and progress reports and transcripts.
  • Generates information letters on student status, eligibility and related matters.
  • Updates and maintains student computer records.
  • Provides information and responds to inquiries and requests, adhering to federal privacy guidelines.
  • Verifies residency documentation.
  • Orders office supplies.
  • Sorts and processes incoming mail.
  • May direct and instruct hourly employees and student aide staff.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
