About the role
SaaS Account Executive:Our client is growing quickly and adding talented SaaS Account Executives to drive revenue. You will be running the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. With a beautiful office downtown, you will be on a team that is leading the way in their industry! Here's what you'll do:Sales Cycle ManagementManage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close for Mid-Market deals including coordinating and delivering compelling online demos to potential and existing clients Net New Opportunity Development: High outbound activity, including 55+ cold calls per day, managing a book of named accounts, tiering accounts, and identifying key personas to target. Creatively source leads through self-prospecting and leverage company resources Cross Functional Collaboration: Acquire and contribute to the onboarding process for new accounts, collaborating with Account Management team to foster growth in existing accounts Customer Focus: Cultivate enduring relationships with a diverse portfolio of businesses, encouraging exclusive utilization of the solution. Data Cleanliness: Maintain a well-organized and clean pipeline to streamline sales processes and develop expertise in our tech stack by mastering tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to efficiently manage daily operations What You'll Bring to Engine:B2B Sales Experience: Minimum of 1.5+ years of SDR/BDR SaaS experience OR 2 - 5 Years of Closing Experience Hunter Mentality: Expertise with outbound prospecting techniques, tools, and processes (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong) Competitive Spirit: A track record of high achievements and consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs Passion: Desire to enhance corporate travel and employee perk programs for businesses Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and activities with meticulous attention to detail in an unstructured and fast-paced environment Communication Skills: Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Compensation & Benefits: (77% of SaaS AE's are at 100% or more of quota attainment) $70,000 Base Salary + $50,000 Variable Commissions1st Year OTE = $120,00012 Month Ramped QuotaPromotions to Sr. AE include compensation increases (Typically 8 - 13 months) Medical + Dental + Vision Unlimited PTO Family Leave Stock Options 401(K) Environment & Resources:Join a dynamic team of passionate professionals from our global sales group, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager. Essential QualificationsProven track record of SaaS sales success, preferably in travel tech or a related industry. Exceptional negotiation skills with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience formulating and executing strategic account management plans. Superior communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers effectively. Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage complex, multi-phase sales tracks.
