Location: Auburn, NY (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 12:00 to 1:00 PM lunch break (Fridays through Sundays off)
Pay:
$85,000 to $100,000 per year

Must-Haves
Active, unrestricted New York State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong patient communication with a warm, patient-centered approach
Excellent organization and accurate recordkeeping
Commitment to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA standards
What You'll Do:
Provide adult and pediatric prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, fluoride, and sealants
Perform oral screenings, periodontal probing, and intraoral assessments
Take and document digital X-rays
Educate patients on home care, post-treatment care, and nutrition
Manage a predictable schedule of 45-minute hygiene appointments
Maintain strict sterilization and infection control
Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front office teams
Nice-to-Haves
1+ years of Dentrix or MEDENT experience
Infection Control certification
Experience in community health or FQHC settings
Compensation and Benefits:
$85,000 to $100,000 per year
