About the role

Owning the analyses that quantify the impact of Right Move's care model, the full-time Senior Healthcare Economics Analyst will evaluate outcomes, utilization, and cost of care while working remotely to support internal decision-making and client communications.
Key responsibilities: Conduct internal and customer-facing analyses to measure the effects of the care model on outcomes and costs Translate complex medical data into actionable recommendations for improving savings and patient navigation Collaborate with Data Engineering to build scalable datasets and establish reusable measurement standards Required qualifications 3+ years of analytics experience in a value-based care setting Direct experience evaluating program savings and building comparison groups Deep knowledge of medical claims data and experience querying large datasets using SQL Master's degree in health economics, public health, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency in Excel and at least one scripting language (Python or R) for analysis
