Schedule: Day, Evening, Weekend, and Holiday shifts as needed
Position Overview: We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Concierge to provide exceptional service and support to residents, guests, visitors, and tenants in a premier residential or commercial property in McLean, VA. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact and is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities: Greet residents, guests, visitors, and vendors in a warm and professional manner. Manage the front desk and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Coordinate visitor access and maintain guest registration logs. Receive, track, and distribute packages, deliveries, and mail. Assist residents and guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and special requests. Monitor building access and report security concerns or unusual activity. Coordinate with property management, maintenance teams, and vendors to address resident or guest needs. Maintain accurate records, service requests, and incident reports. Ensure the lobby and common areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in concierge services, hospitality, customer service, front desk operations, reception, or administrative support preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Experience: Luxury residential, hotel, corporate office, or country club experience. Experience with visitor management and package tracking systems. Customer service or hospitality experience working with high-profile clients, residents, or executives.
