About the role

Wells Concrete Products, Inc. is seeking a DOT Enterprise Compliance Manager to oversee DOT and FMCSA compliance for our fleet and transportation operations, including driver qualifications, hours of service, vehicle maintenance, inspections, safety standards, and record-keeping. The role reports to the DOT & EHS Compliance Director and collaborates with Safety and Operations to align fleet and workplace safety with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.
