Desired Experience: Current teaching certification with Adaptive Physical Education endorsement or equivalent Experience working in a K-12 setting, especially with students with physical, cognitive, or developmental challenges Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and ability to implement modifications/adaptations Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families Organizational skills to track progress and document student achievements Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging, customized physical activities
