About the role
W2 Contract and LOCALS OnlyProject Manager – Telecommunication Infrastructure 12 months & extendable Hybrid/Remote – Pewaukee, WI (once in 2 to 3 months from Office)*We are unable to offer any assistance with work authorization/VISA sponsorship for now*KEY AREAS:First thing is strong technical background in Telcom Infrastructure PM: Radio Towers, Network, Antenna & Line equipment - radio microwave systems, towers, routers, data center, Switches, Firewalls, cabling, fiber, etc.2nd would be strong in Managing project financials - WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) – manage entire financials part of the project – creating budgets for new projects, procurement/purchasing, forecasting, accruals, etc. Experienced in Construction Program Management.3rd would be extensive experience with Managing project tools – PWA for time entry, SAP, MS Projects (on-prem & cloud version), MS Office, WebEx, etc. (WEC is moving from MS Projects On-Prem version to Cloud version, but someone needs to very strong in On-Prem version to succeed); Waterfall methodology4th would be expert / extensively experience with vast /varied/diverse Stakeholder communication and management – how to communicate to all the stakeholders on time as multiple departments are impacted for slightest of changes.5th Strong Facilitator / strong collaboration skills Minimum Qualifications: 5 years’ experience in the following: -o Microsoft Project/PWA (Project Web App)o Budget, forecast, and accruals (SAP ERP)o 3rd vendor managemento Contract bidding and negotiationso Experience managing project financials – actuals, invoice reconciliation, identifying varianceso Project Management Principleso Network Infrastructure: network, routers, firewall, switches, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must exhibit 10 years of experience in the following:o Microsoft Projecto Budget, forecast, and accruals (SAP Experience)o Proficient in Excelo 3rd party vendor managemento Contract bidding and negotiationso Project Management Principleso PM experience with Infrastructure Projectso Network Infrastructure: network, routers, firewall, switcheso PMI-PMP, BA/BS preferred For any further questions/clarifications, please feel free to contact me.
