About the role
To support the development of next-generation AI solutions in the healthcare payer space, the full-time remote AI Developer will design, build, and deploy agentic and multi-agent AI systems, integrating them with internal data and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key responsibilities:
Design and implement agentic AI applications using AWS AgentCore, focusing on orchestration and multi-step reasoning workflows
Develop and maintain production-grade Python services and data pipelines that integrate AI agents with healthcare payer data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into secure, production-ready AI solutions while ensuring compliance with data security standards
Required qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in software/AI development, specifically with agentic or multi-agent AI systems
Proficiency in Python, including API development and integration with LLM frameworks
Experience with AWS AgentCore or similar agent orchestration frameworks and core AWS services
Familiarity with Databricks and/or Snowflake for data access and pipeline development
Understanding of data security fundamentals and experience operating in a regulated environment
