About the role

To support credit and risk decisions, the full-time Enterprise Valuation Analyst will perform independent business valuations, conduct industry analysis, and assist with various portfolio projects, working remotely. Key responsibilities Perform relative valuation analysis using S&P Capital IQ and calculate enterprise value through discounted cash flow models Conduct projection modeling and analyze projections based on industry data and historical performance Communicate effectively with the deal team to gather information and maintain a database of completed valuations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting 2-5 years of credit analysis or valuation experience, preferably in Capital Markets or Leveraged Finance Strong modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Understanding of valuation concepts such as market comps, free cash flow, and WACC CFA designation or in progress is a plus
