With a rapidly expanding product ecosystem—including intraoral scanners, 3D printers, dental design software, and integrated cloud tools—we empower clinicians and technicians to deliver precise, streamlined patient care. We are looking for a Dental AI Sales Engineer to drive the adoption and growth of our Dental AI Design platform. This customer-facing role combines sales support, customer onboarding, application support, and dental CAD design. The ideal candidate has hands-on dental laboratory or CAD/CAM design experience, strong communication skills, and enjoys working directly with dentists and dental laboratories. The platform provides AI-powered dental design services, including applications such as crowns, models, and night guards, together with professional design support for more complex cases. Key Responsibilities:Work with our field sales team to follow up with customers interested in Dental AI Design and convert them into active users. Conduct phone calls, virtual demonstrations, onboarding, and training for dental practices and laboratories. Guide customers through registration, case submission, AI design workflows, and their first successful case. Proactively engage our existing intraoral scanner customer base to promote and increase usage of the Dental AI Design platform. Answer customer questions and troubleshoot case-specific design and workflow issues. Coordinate with our global design and technical teams to resolve complex cases. Provide hands-on dental CAD design or modification support for urgent cases when needed. Help drive customer activation, repeat usage, and paid design service revenue. Qualifications:Hands-on experience in a dental laboratory, digital design center, or dental CAD/CAM environment. Experience with exocad or similar dental CAD software. Experience designing multiple indications such as crowns, bridges, models, night guards, implant restorations, surgical guides, or dentures. Strong understanding of digital dentistry and dental design workflows. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable proactively contacting customers by phone, email, and virtual meetings. Able to explain dental design and technical concepts clearly to dentists and dental laboratory professionals. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with intraoral scanners, dental 3D printing, milling, or digital manufacturing workflows. Previous customer-facing, application specialist, training, or technical sales experience. Familiarity with AI-powered dental design workflows is a plus. Experience working with dentists or dental laboratories in the U.S. market.
