PMJob Summary: We are hiring Plant Production Associates for a full-time, 1st shift position in Oberlin, OH. This is a hands-on role supporting plant production, order preparation, shipping, and general facility operations. Responsibilities: Plant and pot seedlings and plants Fill, label, organize, and move trays and products Prepare and assemble customer orders for shipment Attach hangers to baskets and move products using ladders Move plants and materials using carts Load and unload trucks and conveyor systems Lift and carry products weighing up to 20 lbs. Push and pull carts weighing up to 200 lbs. Assist with irrigation systems and water lines Use basic hand tools such as shovels, shears, and clippers Clean and maintain work areas, buildings, and equipment Follow all safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: Previous nursery, manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
