About the role
- Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services
- Communicate clear expectations to water technicians and supervise activities
- Communicate with project managers on project progress and issues
- Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish measures to ensure safety of all
- Prepare rooms/areas for cleaning and content storage activities
- Document an accurate job file in Drybook and Contents Tracker
- Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling
- High school diploma/GEDDedicated to world class customer service
- Effective oral communication
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferredIICRC certifications preferred
- Must have clean driving record
- Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) where applicable
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
