About the role
- 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing business social media platforms, including Facebook.
- Experience within transportation, trucking, logistics, warehousing, distribution, supply chain, or a closely related industry strongly preferred.
- Experience creating campaigns targeted toward drivers, hourly employees, frontline workers, or similar candidate populations is highly preferred.
- Understanding of how social media can support recruiting and candidate attraction.
- Strong written communication and content creation skills.
- Comfortable creating and coordinating photo, video, and other media content.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at the same time.
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with recruiting, HR, and operations teams.
- Willingness to travel to other company locations as needed for content creation and on-site media needs.
- Experience with PowerPoint is a plus.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design and content creation tools is a plus.

- This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of Newark, New Jersey.
- Candidates will have the ability to work remotely for part of the week but must be available to work from the Newark office as needed. Occasional travel to other company offices and operating locations will be required to gather photos, video, employee interviews, and other media assets.
- Compensation$75,000-$85,000 base salary
