Location: Foxboro, MA (100% Onsite)
Duration: 12 months (Contract)
Shift:
Monday - Thursday 5:30, 06:00, 6:30 AM – 10 hour days Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Job Description:
- Assemble and wire electrical panels and cabinets using a variety of hand and/or power tools and crimping of small gauge wires.
- Performs electrical wiring assembly on medium to large sized parts or panels.
- Read and review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Responsible for ensuring that work order protocols are followed, and that work order paperwork is completed as the work is performed.
- Follow 5S and client Performance System (Continuous Improvement) principles and practices
- Embrace and be apart of a team focused on safety, quality, customers, and productivity.
- Collaborate with Engineering on poke yoke, continuous improvement, process, training, and other measures within the group.
Must Haves:
- High School Diploma/GED required • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, wiring/block diagrams.
- Experience with basic hand tools, air tools, gages, torque wrenches and mechanical assemblies.
- Physical Ability: Capable to lift up to 26 pounds on a regular basis, stand for long periods of time and ability to reach overhead, pull, push and, write, and speak effectively in English
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous Assembly/Manufacturing experience preferred
