About the role
Seeking a full-time Brewery Accountant, this remote position will manage the monthly close for 7-14 brewery clients, serve as the primary accounting contact, and coordinate with associates on bookkeeping tasks.
Key responsibilities:
Own the monthly close process, including reconciliations, payroll, and inventory management
Serve as the main accounting point of contact for clients, delivering high-level service and support
Prepare and file sales and excise tax returns for assigned clients Required qualifications 2+ years of full-cycle, accrual-based accounting experience managing multiple clients or entities
Strong proficiency with Quick Books Online; experience with Bill.com is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Must be based in the U.S. and legally authorized to work without needing visa sponsorship
Preferred experience in public firm, outsourced accounting, or familiarity with tools like Square, Toast, or Gusto
