Role: Sr. BI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Tableau report creation and dashboard architecture.
- Design enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
- Convert business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
- Work closely with Data Architects, Data Modellers, and Data Engineers to consume curated Gold-layer datasets.
- Develop reusable Tableau data sources, extracts, and semantic layers.
- Define KPI frameworks, business metrics, and reporting standards.
- Optimise dashboard performance and query efficiency on Snowflake.
- Implement row-level security and governed access controls.
- Drive data validation, reconciliation, and reporting certification processes.
- Mentor junior BI engineers and establish Tableau development standards.
- Participate in sprint planning, demos, stakeholder reviews, and release activities.
