Digital Finance Transformation – ERP Modernization: Senior Associate – Private Equity Performance Improvement A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice works with private equity held portfolio companies and provides solutions to preserve and generate value for their businesses. Our CFO Services practice includes the following pillars Strategic Finance and Liquidity Management Accounting Advisory and Financial Reporting Solutions Working Capital Optimization Digital Finance Transformation Interim Management How You Will Contribute We are seeking a high‑performing Associate or Senior Associate to join our CFO Services – Digital Finance Transformation team. In this role, you will partner directly with CFOs, Controllers, and Private Equity sponsors to modernize finance functions, improve reporting transparency, and drive measurable business impact through technology‑enabled solutions. The ideal candidate blends deep finance and accounting expertise with practical experience in ERP systems, analytics, and automation, and thrives in delivering scalable solutions in high‑stakes environment. Qualifications 4-8+ years of professional experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology / Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering Consulting or professional services experience required; Big4 experience preferred Experience contributing to ERP implementation efforts within a broader finance transformation or consulting background Finance or accounting foundation required (e.g., 13‑week cash flow, three‑statement modeling, financial statement analysis) Proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx, and other similar programs Significant exposure to ERP platforms such as NetSuite (preferred), SAPS/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, or MSDynamics365 Solid understanding of finance and accounting concepts, including forecasting, working‑capital management, three‑statement modeling, accounting advisory, and/or audit Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to translate between finance and technology teams Your Journey at A&M We recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success. Benefits $100,000–$170,000 annually salary range, dependent on education, experience, skills, and geography. Discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
