About the role

Assistant To The Housekeeping Director We are seeking a dependable and organized Assistant To The Housekeeping Director to support the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and help maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and service for our residents.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Housekeeping Director with daily department operations and staff coordination. Help assign tasks and monitor housekeeping staff to ensure duties are completed properly and on schedule. Conduct routine inspections of resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas. Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, infection control, and safety procedures are followed. Monitor housekeeping supplies and assist with inventory and ordering as needed. Address and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns promptly. Assist with training and supporting housekeeping staff. Provide courteous and professional service to residents, visitors, and staff. Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Director.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
